Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 11, 2024

Thank you for investing in your business coaching journey with The Process CEO! Below is our cancellation and billing policy to ensure a smooth experience:

  1. Billing & Payment

    • Coaching is billed monthly, with payments made in advance for the upcoming month.

    • Each month includes four (4) one-on-one coaching sessions.

    • The credit card on file will be automatically charged at the completion of the current billing cycle for the next month’s subscription.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time.

    • No refunds will be issued for any reason. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will retain access to your remaining coaching sessions for that month, but unused sessions will not roll over to future months.

  3. No Long-Term Commitment

    • There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.

    • However, to drive meaningful change and achieve the best results, we recommend a commitment of at least six (6) consecutive months of coaching.

  4. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

    • Sessions must be scheduled in advance, and any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
